You've read just about every parenting book. You know what you’re supposed to do but you can’t apply the insights when it matters.
You lie awake at night rehashing what you said to your kid. The tone you used. The look on their face. You promise yourself tomorrow will be different, and you mean it. Then the cycle repeats.
You've tried the timers, the scripts, the morning routines. They work for a day, or a week, and then you're right back where you started, wondering what's wrong with you.
You already sense something deeper is running your parenting. You can feel it in your body when it happens. You just don't have the words for it yet, or what to do about it.
Your reactions aren't a character problem. They're a pattern your nervous system learned a long time ago, and it's still running because nobody ever taught you what to do about it. I call it the Reactive Parenting Loop, and this course teaches you to see it, interrupt it and repair after it.
You'll leave with a clear understanding of your own patterns, a personal regulation toolkit that fits your real life, and a practice that doesn't collapse the moment the course ends.
Every week we come together on Zoom for a live teaching session. The calls are structured so you can bring what's actually happening in your parenting, not hypothetical scenarios. The live component is the heart of this course. The recorded modules give you the framework.
Weekly live teaching calls on Zoom with me, throughout the cohort
Every call recorded and available afterward, so you never miss the material.
Send your question ahead and I'll answer it on the call. This is where the real teaching happens.
Bring the real moments from your week: the times you almost lost it, the times you did, the thing that surprised you.
Video lessons you can work through at your own pace during the cohort. Each module builds on the last.
One for every module: trigger trackers, body signal inventories, personal toolkit menus.
The modules and every call replay are yours to come back to at different points in your parenting life.
Get specific about the parent you're trying to become. Not the one your mother wanted, or the one Instagram says you should be. You'll name, honestly, the gap between that parent and the one who shows up when you're triggered.
What's actually happening in your body when you lose it, explained in a "that's what's been happening to me" way, not a jargon way. The window of tolerance, and why yours might be narrow right now.
Map your own Reactive Parenting Loop: the times of day, the behaviors that send you over the edge, what your body does before the explosion, and whether you yell, shut down, go sarcastic or freeze.
This is where awareness turns into regulation. The difference between suppressing a reaction and metabolizing it, and how repair is itself a form of regulation for the times you miss the pause.
Build your personal set of in-the-moment and between-moments tools, matched to how activated you are. I'm also honest here about what a course can't do, and the signs you might need therapy, somatic work or one-on-one support.
What your kids' meltdowns actually are, developmentally and neurologically, and why they feel like personal attacks when they aren't. Plus rupture and repair, because you will still rupture.
Built to prevent the course-high collapse. A daily practice that fits your real life, a realistic picture of progress (shorter recovery, faster repair, more pauses), and a map of which module to return to when you slip.

For years I was convinced my problem was willpower. If I could just try harder or read the right book, I'd stop losing it with my kids. It didn't work. And I couldn't understand why, because I was constantly thinking about what I needed to do differently.
I grew up in a chaotic household and learned very early on to read everyone else's moods and emotions. I could tell what kind of day it was going to be from the way the front door opened, or from footsteps in the hallway. I learned early that managing everyone else's emotions was my job. What I didn't realize was that the same nervous system that kept me safe as a kid was now running my parenting. It never got the memo that I was safe. That I didn't have to manage or fix my kids' emotions.
What finally changed things wasn't a new script. It was learning what my body was doing, and why. That work became this course.
I'm trained as a Purejoy Parenting Coach and I've completed additional training in somatic attachment therapy
If this is the year you're determined to change your parenting for good, this course is for you.
You're in a mental health crisis right now. Please reach out to a therapist or doctor first. The Parenting Reset is an educational healing program and not a replacement for therapy, emergency support, or other individualized clinical care when that level of support is needed.
You're looking for scripts to make your kids behave. This program is a parent first approach so you finally understand your own nervous system and your own reactions.
You're looking for an overnight fix. Twelve weeks can create meaningful change, but we're working with patterns that you may have repeated for a long time. This program is about building capacity and not finding one magic technique that "fixes" everything.
You're right, I don't. I don't know your kid, or your partner, or what bedtime looks like at your house. This course isn't about changing your child's behavior, though. It's about what happens in you when that behavior hits. That part looks surprisingly similar across very different families, and it's also the part you can actually work with. When you're less flooded, you have more room to choose how you respond, and over time that changes things at home. It won't fix everything.
I won't pretend it takes no time. I recommend about an hour a week for the live call, one module and the workbook. Every call is recorded if you can't make it live. The daily practice itself is small, a few minutes, and much of it happens in moments you're already living through anyway, like the school run or the dinner chaos. I'm a mom of four and I built this with busy parents in mind.
The ideas aren't complicated, and you don't need any neuroscience background. I explain everything in plain language. The hard part is using what you know when you're already flooded, and that takes practice. You'll miss the pause sometimes while you're learning. That's normal, and those misses are exactly what we work with on the live calls.
Not a magic fix, and not a shortcut. Just the actual mechanism, the actual tools, and a real practice for working with the nervous system you have.

Come to the first two live calls and do the work. If it isn't what you need, email me before the third call and I'll refund you in full. I'd rather give your money back than have you stay in something that isn't right for you.
